Some minor fixes for my Eachine M80. Now the antenna is outside the canopy (I drilled a small hole). The battery connector has been replaced with a better one. Hello. Very good video and very good solution. I have an FC Omnibus F4 PRO, but even if I feed it with an external battery and USB, I can't get 5 Volts on the Servos line at any time. I Have 1,6 Voltios in these pads. I had to solder a jumper between the 4.9 volts from the SBUS three pad array to PWM1 and that way I was able to feed the Servos 5 volt rail. In your video, I see that it powers the board and automatically has 4.9 Volts on the servo rail. Why do you think that this is happening to me? Is it okay that I made that jumper, or should I power the Servos from an external BEC? Could it be that Diode D3 is inverted? I will appreciate your point of view.

Hi. No. There is no doubt that it will work you decided to solder it. Only verify that all periferic capacitors and resistors for mag. IC are present on your F3 board.

I was successful in adding the Baro just like you. I even soldered the Magnetometer but it did not work. I tested the mag with an arduino and it was working fine. Problem is, It gave erratic readings and the yaw axis was messed up. Had to remove the mag again. Apparently, adding baro is possible but adding mag was not possible.
Same problem here. I’m just asking.. is it able to work without battery in? With charger only?

Thx Alexandru! This was really helpful. I got 3 of these boards from Airbot where NONE of them could be powered through the main power pads. I measured about 1.6v at the MP1593 SW output. Apparently they really screwed up the FB resistors setting as I was quite sure the MB1593 itself was not damaged (replaced it with a new one with exactly the same results). Thanks again for your super helpful video and clear explanation!

Salut. Absolut nici o problema. Controllerul are grija si de buna functionare a distantei si de incarcare acumulatoarelor. O conditie, sursa externa de alimentare sa fie suficienta (5v si ~ 2Ah ). Altfel va continua sa consume din acumulatori pana se va deconaceta.
Can I bridge d1 diode just to test?
Yes, with condition that other components which are powered from this diode are good.

Yes. First you should to indemnify which RF module your RTF model has(FrSky, FlySky, DSM...) Next, on your multiprotocol transmitter select corresponding protocol and bind with your model.
